Flip Dunk Sports offers classes for everybody. From Mom & Tot through Parents Night Out, we have activities for the whole family!

Parent & Tot
Designed for ages 3 and under, this class introduces kids to the sport of gymnastics through movement, athleticism and socialization. Using every square inch of the gym, children are taught basic gymnastics, practice motor skills, develop hand-eye coordination and practice listening skills. This is a fun and well-structured class for every tiny olympian! An adult is required to participate for each student enrolled.
Preschool Gymnastics (3-5 Years)
This class is designed to teach the fundamentals of gymnastics while still having fun! There is a strong emphasis on listening skills and following directions but the class energy is focused on movement and learning gymnastics basics.
Beginner Gymnastics (Level 1)
Beginner gymnastics is designed for both children who need to be introduced to the sport of gymnastics and those who are still mastering the basics. All four events; floor (tumbling), bars, balance beam and vault will be taught as well as strength, flexibility and conditioning necessary to progress in the sport.
Beginner Gymnastics (Level 1/2)
This level is designed as a transition level for gymnasts who are ready to move on to more advanced skills on some apparatus but still have basic skills they need to master. Students will be challenged and worked at their individual skill levels.
Intermediate Gymnastics (Level 2)
This level is for gymnasts who have mastered all of their basics and are ready to move on to more advanced skills on all four apparatus. This generally includes front and back walkovers on the floor, pull-over and back hip circle on the bar, handstand flat back on the vault mat stack, and forward roll on the balance beam. Please have students evaluated before registering.
Intermediate Gymnastics (Level 3)
This level is for gymnasts who are ready to work more advanced skills on all four apparatus. This includes a back handspring on the floor, a cartwheel on the beam, a squat-on jump to the high bar and a front handspring over the vault. Please have students evaluated before registering.
Intermediate Gymnastics (Level 4)
This level is gymnasts who have mastered Level 3. They are generally working front and back tucks on the floor, back walkovers and back handsprings on the beam, and flyaways and free hips on the bars. Please have students evaluated before registering.
Tumbling & Trampoline (Beginner)
This class is designed as a both an introduction to the sport of tumbling and for students who still need to master the basics. The class will work on progressive tumbling skills from rolls to back handsprings. The trampoline will be used as an aid to teach tumbling on the floor. Drills and spotting will both be used to teach athletes to do the skills independently.
Tumbling & Trampoline (Intermediate)
This class is designed for tumblers who have already mastered a front and back handspring. The class will work on progressive tumbling skills including aerials, tucks and connections. Please have students evaluated before registering.
Int. Tumbling (Back Handsprings)
This class is designed for students who just want to focus achieving their back handspring. Drills and spotting will both be used to teach athletes how to do the skill independently. Athletes must already have basic tumbling experience and need to be able to do a back bend kick over to be successful in this class. Please have students evaluated before registering.
Layouts/Tucks/Fulls (Advanced)
Athletes must have a round-off-back handspring-back tuck to register. This class works progressive tumbling leading up to fulls, front twisting and connections. Please have students evaluated before registering.
Ninja
This class focuses on athleticism, coordination, balance, endurance and agility while teaching basic skills. Athletes learn how to flip, climb, roll, hurdle and fall SAFELY and in a controlled environment while having fun! Classes are Co-ed and separated by age. There is also an all-girls Ninja class offered.
Special Needs Gymnastics
This class is set at a time when the gym is clear and the equipment and space can be accommodated specifically for them. All special needs are welcome regardless of age or ability. Our instructor will create 1-1 lesson plans for each unique athlete to experience the gym in their own unique way.
Open Gymnastics (ages 6 and up)
Open gymnastics is a time when athletes of any and all abilities can come and work on our equipment at their own pace and on their own time. A coach is available during open gym time to help and spot athletes who may need assistance as well as monitor for safety. Athletes are welcome to use both the gymnastics center and the trampoline center during the duration of open gym.
Preschool Gym Time (ages 5 and under)
Preschool gym time is a chance for our littlest jumpers to come and play in our gym area without any big kids around. A coach will be available to teach or spot as well as monitor for safety. A parent must accompany children in the gym area at all times.
